I'm always curious as to where people get their inspiration, so I thought I would share some of my favourite blogs at the moment. For those of you who don't yet have a bloglovin' account, I would highly recommend getting one. It's a website that keeps track of all of your favourite blogs and lets you know which ones have been updated, saving you the time of visiting each site separately. While you're there, be sure to follow me on bloglovin'!

Love Aesthetics

She seems to look good in everything she wears and posts some great DIYs (see those boots above). I'm really enjoying her ombre hair, it's a lot more in-your-face than other ones I've seen.

My one-stop destination for everything fashion and art. These ladies have the knack of finding hot new talents in the fashion world, art that inspires me to decorate my walls and magazine editorials that make my jaw drop. They also post some seriously gorgeous and easy-to-follow DIYs.

Karla's Closet

Karla's Closet was one of the first blogs I ever started following back in high school. She has an incredibly unique style and wears it with such confidence. I love that she'll get all gussied up in vintage tea dresses for afternoon strolls!

Holier than Now

Ann Colville Somma is an innovation consultant who makes these adorable scrapbook style compilations for her blog. Her site often features budget-friendly options (for those of us who cannot afford the enviable Celine clutch) and offers great styling tips.

Hanneli Mustaparta

Former model turned blogger, Hanneli captures some great street style while also showcasing her own impeccable outfits. Other than Tommy Ton, I would say that Hanneli is one of my favourite street style photographers.

closet doors

listening to: When I'm Alone- Lissie
I am bowing down to sites like The Coveteur and Closet Visit for giving me endless inspiration (and fueling my procrastination). Both sites enter the homes of fashion's most influential people and give us a peep at their home decor and prized possessions. The pictures are a delicious mix of beautiful clothes and quirky decorating and I often leave with an overwhelming desire to go to the nearest garage sale to find interesting items for my house.
Feast your eyes.

listening to: high for this- the weeknd
I was so impressed that they streamed Coachella live on YouTube this year, what a smart move. I was able to catch The National, Ellie Goulding, Ratatat and Mumford & Sons from 3000 miles away while studying for finals.
I usually look forward to Coachella every year because it's a guaranteed mecca for fashionistas, but so far I'm a little disappointed with the looks that have cropped up on the internet. It seems that all the outfits are a variation of the same trend: boho hipster chic. I actually like some of the aspects of this look but it can look really bad if you're trying to emulate it from all angles. The best example of this would be none other than Vanessa Hudgens, who is clearly still trying to shed her Disney image (as if the nudie pix weren't enough).

The feathers in her hair, that chain leg harness, that weird leather pouch with the hamsa's way too much. Avoid at all costs.
Here are some looks I didn't mind. It seems perfect to wear something sheer in that heat.
EDIT: just found some more great pics, so I added them!

I'm definitely going to be bringing shoes that cover my toes to Bonnaroo, but these sandals just look so music festival appropriate. They're also a great price for genuine leather.

bright bags bigger city

A bright bag for spring, please.

On another note, I finally bought my Bonnaroo ticket and I'm starting to get really excited! While trying to brush up on some of the acts, I came across Grace Potter & The Nocturnals. Cannot get them out of my mind. Grace Potter has now entered girl-crush territory!
Here's a stripped down version of their amazing song "Low Road":
